Who runs the site

What you find on the site

Information about our social media services for companies, our public analyses, research on the Moldovan market and the form through which you order an audit. The site is free to use and needs no account. Our services are addressed to companies and entrepreneurs.

The audit

• The audit is a paid service. We tell you the price on the call, before any work starts, and the work begins only after you agree to it. You receive it in writing, by email, within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. Ordering an audit does not oblige you to buy other services.
• For small budgets, instead of the call and the audit we show you a practical guide on the site, which we also send you by email, if you left one. We may refuse an audit, for example for a page that does not belong to a business or when the contact details are not real.
• The audit is our professional opinion, based on what is public on your page on the date of the analysis. It does not guarantee results.
• The audit is yours: you can use it as you wish within your company. We publish it on the site or on our social networks only with your written consent; an email or a message is enough.

Public analyses of brands

We analyze the public pages of well-known brands in Moldova. The analyses are independent: we do not work for the analyzed brands, unless we say so explicitly, and we start only from what is public on the page, on the date indicated. We give a professional opinion, constructively. Screenshots appear as quotations, for commentary; names and logos belong to their owners. If you represent an analyzed brand and see wrong information, write to us: we correct any mistake, and if you ask us, we consider taking the material down.

Research and figures

The figures in our research come from public sources, named on each page, together with their date. We update them periodically, but the market changes, so use them as a benchmark. You may quote the figures with a link to the source page.

Prices and offers

The site shows no prices. After the audit, if you want, we send you a written offer. The collaboration starts only after a contract is signed, and the services are provided under the terms of that contract.

Copyright

The texts, images, videos and design of the site belong to us or to their authors and are protected by copyright law. You may quote them briefly, with a link to the source. For any other use, especially commercial, you need our written consent.

Proper use of the site

Do not use the site in a way that can affect how it works or its security. It is not allowed:

• to try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the server or other people's data;
• to send forms automatically or in large numbers;
• to copy the site's pages automatically, in large volume, in a way that loads the server;
• to transmit harmful programs or files;
• to pass yourself off as another person or another company.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Links to other sites

The site has links to other sites and social networks. We are not responsible for what you find there, nor for the way those sites process your data.

Availability and liability

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and the site running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or downtime, for example during maintenance work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by using information from the site without checking it or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that, under the law, cannot be limited.

The way we process your data is described in the Privacy policy, and cookies in the Cookie policy.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add something new to the site. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last update date at the top.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; if we cannot, it is settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
