What Hyundai Moldova does well on Instagram and what we would change
The showroom staff are missing. A real person convinces more easily than a catalog photo, and not a single consultant appears in the posts.
We read the @hyundaimoldova Instagram page as any visitor sees it, without an account, on October 8, 2026. It is an independent analysis: we did not speak to the brand and start only from what was public on the page that day. Hyundai is a brand everyone knows, and its Moldovan page is small for such a big name, so it has room to grow. If you run a car showroom, a service center or any business that sells an expensive product, with many questions before the purchase, here is what is worth copying and what is missing on many dealer pages.
The page at a glance
- 3,057 followers on Instagram.
- 10 posts in the last 30 days.
- 1,204 posts in total.
The figures are those shown on the page that day, not estimates. The page posts steadily: 10 posts in the last month and 1,204 in total. Below: two things that work, one we would change and one step you can take today.

A tidy grid that looks like the brand
Everything is clean and consistent: anyone who opens the profile sees a serious brand at once. The photos share one style, the models are recognizable, and nothing looks placed at random. For a dealer, the first impression matters: a visitor forms an opinion in a few seconds, before reading a single line, and here that opinion is a good one. The grid looks like the brand it represents.

The bio says who sells and how to reach them
The official distributor, the phone number and a link, with the discount offer pinned first. A visitor who wants to ask about a price has the phone number right in front of them, and the offer is the first thing they see in the grid.
The highlights have covers in the same style: one for each model, plus “Clienții noștri” (our customers). A visitor finds the model they care about without scrolling through the whole grid, and the customers highlight shows real buyers next to their cars.

What we would change
The people from the showroom are missing. A real person is more convincing than a catalog photo, and not one salesperson appears in the posts. The new Tucson is shown with a German plate, as in the press photos, and the last reel is from September 16.
The page looks good, but it looks like a catalog: the cars, yes, the people who sell them, no. Whoever buys a car ends up talking to someone from the showroom, and it is easier to call someone you have already seen in a reel. Customers appear only in the “Clienții noștri” highlight, and those photos can become posts.

One step today
A 20-second reel. A showroom salesperson answers a question buyers ask often, for example “Cât consumă Tucson Hybrid în oraș?” (how much fuel does the Tucson Hybrid use in the city?). Then pin the reel at the top, next to the offer, so it is the first thing anyone who opens the profile sees.
The image below is our sketch, not their page: the question is only an example and says nothing about the car. The same format works for any business that sells something expensive: answer on camera the question you get asked most often.
