What Librarius does well on Instagram and what we would change
Many see it, few reply. With 31.7K followers, none of the five posts we opened gets past two comments.
We read the @librarius.md Instagram page as any visitor sees it, without an account, on October 8, 2026. It is an independent analysis: we did not speak to the brand and start only from what was public on the page that day. Librarius is the bookstore chain every reader in Chișinău knows, and its page is the most complete one we have looked at so far. If you run a store, a cafe or any business with customers who come back, there is something here to copy on your own page today, and one thing not to forget.
The page at a glance
- 31.7K followers on Instagram.
- 1 a day: at least 22 posts from September 22 through October 8.
- 9,113 views: the median of the last 12 reels.
The figures are those shown on the page and on each reel that day, not estimates. Below: two things that work, one we would change and one step you can take today.

Answers before the questions
Nine highlights in one style, from stores and new titles to offers and readers’ posts: anyone who opens the profile finds what they came for right away, without asking and without scrolling.
The bio does the same in two lines: a bookstore chain, order online at www.librarius.md. This is what most pages in Chișinău miss: the profile answers the basic questions on its own, where you are, what is new, what is on offer, and leaves the rest to the posts. For any store the lesson is simple: the highlights are the page’s menu, not its archive.

Something new every day
New books, the month’s top three, a launch, a calendar, a Teachers’ Day greeting: whoever comes back to the page always has something to see.
At least 22 posts between September 22 and October 8: 12 reels, 6 carousels and 4 photos, 18 of them the page’s own and 4 in collaboration with authors and communities. The rhythm matters more than it seems: a page that posts daily shows up in the feed more often and stays in mind, so a reader who wants a book thinks of Librarius, not of the first result on Google.

What we would change
Many see it, few reply. With 31.7K followers, none of the five posts we opened gets past two comments. The monthly bestseller top, the kind of post readers love to argue about, has 66 likes and no comments shown, and the reel with 55,500 views has none either.
This is not a complaint about the content: the posts are good and reach people, the problem is that they ask for nothing back. The top is a list in a caption, the new book is a photo, the launch is a poster. None of them asks a question, and without a question there is no answer. To the algorithm, a post people reply to is worth more than one they only like, so the silence costs reach too.

One step today
The month’s top three as a 20-second reel. A bookseller holds up the three books and asks: which one have you read? The same question goes in the caption and as a poll in stories, and every comment gets a reply from the page the same day.
The image below is our sketch, not their page. Any store with a “top of the month” can do the same on its own page the same day.
